With a Diploma in Marketing and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia, Carol brings a well-rounded set of skills and experience to Macdonald Realty. She has worked in a variety of roles, including a marketing consultant for the Government and Associate Real Estate Broker with Colliers International and Sotheby’s International. Carol has been licensed since 2002,

Fueled by a passion for the outdoors, Carol applies her in-depth knowledge and niche market experience with recreational properties to assist her clients in finding the perfect home. With property values soaring, Carol recognizes real estate as one of the best investments for your family. Carol has developed a Recreational Properties Division at Macdonald Realty to assist clients in purchasing a weekend getaway that makes personal and financial sense.

Carol is a detail-oriented, innovative marketer and persuasive negotiator who works with her clients as part of a team to ensure every aspect of your purchase and sale is carefully considered and handled in a professional manner.
